What We Collect

DripCheck collects the minimum data needed to compare prices for you:

• Product name and price from the page you're viewing (sent to our server to search other retailers)
• Anonymous usage analytics via PostHog (no personally identifiable information)
• Price history stored locally in your browser for products you track

What We Do NOT Collect

• No personal information — no names, emails, addresses, or payment data
• No browsing history — we only activate on supported retailer product pages
• No cookies or tracking pixels

How We Use Data

• Product names are sent to our server to search for price comparisons across retailers
• Price history is stored locally in your browser (not on our servers)
• Analytics help us understand which features are used and improve the extension

Third Parties

• Serper.dev / SerpAPI.com — Google Shopping search to find product prices across retailers
• Affiliate networks (Amazon Associates, Flipkart Affiliate, Cuelinks, Admitad) — links may contain affiliate tracking
• PostHog — anonymous analytics (no PII shared)

Affiliate Disclosure

DripCheck earns a small commission when you purchase through our comparison links. This does not affect the price you pay. We always show you the cheapest price regardless of commission rates.

Your Rights

• You can disable analytics tracking in the extension settings
• All price history is stored locally and can be cleared by clearing Chrome extension data
• You can uninstall the extension at any time to stop all data collection
